Welcome to my School Readiness Online Learning Sessions!
Click the link below to see what all the fuss is about in Miss Elicia's School Readiness classes.
During these short sharp lessons the children are taught directly by Miss Elicia and are exposed to letter names and letter sounds as well as early literacy skills that create the foundation for children to become confident lifelong learners.
Miss Elicia will also help the children to follow multiple instructions by switching on their listening ears. These online lessons will promote independence in their learning and build confidence to take risks with their learning in the future.

These online learning sessions have been designed to support parents and continue 4-6 year olds learning during this homeschooling period.
Each lesson is teacher directed and all the resources are provided. The core lessons of the online learning program expose the children to a new letter sound each week.
The skills taught during the sessions are:
phonological awareness skills
letter recognition
understanding the difference between word, letter, sentences,
fine motor skills such as pencil grip and cutting skills
listening skills.
Most lessons are focused on literacy however, maths language is integrated throughout each session. Other smaller lessons such as Modelled Reading and comprehension activities can also be accessed.
I hope your little ones develop a love of learning and builds confidence in their learning while having fun. Happy Learning!

What the parents are saying
“My daughter, Grace, loves Miss Elicia’s lessons. She was struggling with having “mum’ do all the teaching while we’ve been home schooling and so these classes have been a godsend.
Not only has she been learning some fantastic reading and writing skills, but it’s made her feel more in control of her education as she can follow along with Miss Elicia herself.
It also gives me some much needed time to get a few chores done around the house!”
